Shinetech Inc. provides professional software outsourcing services, focusing on small to medium size software companies. According to the speaker, Shinetech was affected by the economic crises in 2009 and had to decrease its employees from 300 to 220 people. Its revenue also decreased to $4.7 million; however, it steadily rose back to $6.0 million in 2011. Not much information was provided on corporate structure or marketing strategy; however, Shinetech’s main objective is to have continued growth.
