College life, here I am! These past few days have certainly been far from what I’m used to. But, I’m glad to say that Arcadia University has made this new lifestyle easy to adapt to. My room in Grey Towers Castle is very spacious and beautifully decorated (thanks to my mother). Sharing a room with six other girls reminds me of the film and musical Annie…however it’s not such a ”Hard Knock Life” for us. The only problem my ‘roomies’ and I have encountered was the damage of hurricane Irene. On the night of the lockdown, chunks of our ceiling had fallen to the ground due to water damage. None of us were hurt and handyman Joe came to the rescue right away! We now have a lovely “Wet Floor” sign by the window that we use for decor.
Orientation eventually came to an end, which meant classes were about to begin. I can’t tell you how many times my friends and I would say, “wait….we’re going to college classes?” I guess we’re still getting used to this whole ’I'm an adult’ kind of thing. My first class was Biology 101 with Dr. Hoefler. I took AP Biology in high school, therefore I feel this class will be somewhat of a review (fingers crossed). After, I went to my First Year Seminar, When Bones Talk. It is a course on Forensic Anthropology – a topic I’m very interested in! Lastly, I had English 101. English was never my strongest subject so I’m nervous to see how this one goes..
More later!

Thanks for the plug!
An interesting dialogue is value comment. I believe that you should write extra on this matter, it may not be a taboo topic but generally people are not enough to talk on such topics. To the next. Cheers Pkv
